These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of Review Rocket (“we,” “our,” “us”) by the subscribing business (“Client,” “you”). By subscribing, accessing, or using our services, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Services
Review Rocket provides automated review management services, including but not limited to:
Sending review requests via SMS, email, or other channels.
Google Business Profile (“GBP”) optimisation guidance.
Past-customer review reactivation campaigns.
AI-generated review response suggestions.
Dashboards, reporting, and related support.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our sole discretion without liability.
2. Client Obligations
You warrant and agree that:
You have obtained valid and lawful consent from all customers whose data is uploaded into Review Rocket.
You will comply with all laws and regulations (including spam, marketing, privacy, and consumer laws).
You will not use the Services for fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or illegal activities.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of all data you provide.
You must maintain active payment details for ongoing subscription charges.
Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
SMS Fees: Carrier charges for SMS are billed separately and are non-refundable.
Billing: Fees are billed monthly in advance (or every 28 days).
Non-Payment: Failure to pay may result in suspension of access until all overdue amounts are settled.
4. Refunds & Guarantees
7-day free trial applies only to new Clients.
30-day money-back guarantee applies to subscription fees only (not SMS fees).
Beyond this, all fees are non-refundable.
5. Data & Intellectual Property
Client Data: You retain ownership of your customer lists and business information.
Service Data: We retain ownership of all software, IP, workflows, and templates used to deliver the Services.
License: You grant us a non-exclusive license to process Client Data solely for the purposes of providing the Services.
6. Disclaimers
We make no warranties that use of the Services will result in specific GBP rankings, revenue increases, or customer conversions.
Performance depends on variables outside our control (customer behaviour, competitor activity, search algorithms, etc.).
Review Rocket is not affiliated with Google.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our liability for any claim is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or opportunities.
8. Indemnity
You indemnify and hold harmless Review Rocket, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, fines, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your misuse of the Services.
Your breach of these Terms.
Any unlawful or unauthorised use of customer data you provide.
9. Termination
You may cancel anytime by written notice. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
We may suspend or terminate immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, fail to pay, or cause reputational or legal risk to Review Rocket.
On termination, your access will cease, and all fees due remain payable.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
11. Amendments
We may amend these Terms by providing 14 days’ notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
